At Meepo Board, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance electric skateboard experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for boards in new, unused condition with all original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

• 2.
  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our service center.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your board in its original box including all accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping via a tracked service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the board to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
