How long does shipping take for a new Meepo board?

Shipping times vary by region. Local warehouse stock typically arrives within 3-7 business days, while factory direct shipping can take 15-25 business days depending on customs and sea freight.

What is the warranty policy on electric skateboards?

All Meepo boards come with a 6-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This includes the motor, battery, and ESC, provided the damage is not caused by water or physical misuse.

Are Meepo boards waterproof?

Our boards carry an IP54 water resistance rating, meaning they can handle light splashes and damp pavement. However, we strongly advise against riding in the rain or through deep puddles to protect the electronics.

Can I bring my Meepo board on an airplane?

Most airlines allow batteries under 100Wh. While our standard and ER batteries exceed this limit, we offer a specific 'Travel Battery' that is 99Wh and compliant with most FAA/TSA regulations for air travel.

What happens if I need to return my order?

We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply for non-defective returns.
